Study on the Finanical Management in Agricultural Scientific Research Units Informatization

推行财务管理信息化是响应我国财政体制的改革和完善以及农业科研单位在市场经济条件下自身发展的需要,为财务查询、财务分析、财务预测、预算控制提供了途径,为避免财务管理工作中的重大失误提供了保障。结合农业科研单位财务管理信息化存在的问题,提出了推进农业科研单位财务管理信息化的建议。

The implementation of financial management informationization is a response to the reform and improvement of China＇s financial system and the need for the development of agricultural research institutions in the market economy, which provides a way for financial inquiry, financial analysis, financial forecast and budget control, and a guarantee for avoiding major mistakes in financial management.This paper revealed the main problems in the implementation of the financial management information system in the agricultural research institution,and then put forward the information system functional requirements and suggestions.
