Scientific research fund is the prerequisite and guarantee of scientific research. And establishement of financial assistant system could help the researchers to get out of the financial affairs. In this research, we analyzed the necessity to establish the financial assistant system in agricultural scientific research units. And the job responsibilities, employment mode and management system of financial assistant were introduced, so as to provide better service for the agricultural scientific researches.
