摘要
分析了新常态下农业科研单位预算管理中存在的问题,并提出了新常态下加强农业科研单位预算管理的一些对策。
The existing problems in the budget management of agricultural research institutions under the new normal were analyzed. And some countermeasures were put forward for strengthening the budget management of agricultural research institutions under the new normal.
