随着国家对农业投入的不断加大,农业科研单位的采购量逐年增加。在新的历史背景下,对政府采购工作尤其是农业科研单位的政府采购工作提出更高的要求,结合自行招标采购作为重要的采购方式,分析农业科研单位实行自行招标采购实际工程中存在的问题,提出几点建议。

With the increasing of the state＇s investment in agriculture, the procurement volume of agricultural scientific research units has also increased year by year.Under the background of the new period, higher requirements were put forward for the government procurement work of agricultural scientific research units, combined with the self-bidding procurement as an important procurement method, the problems existing in the actual project of the self-bidding procurement of agricultural scientific research units were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward.
