农业现代化经营视角下农村电商提升路径研究——以安徽省滁州市为例

Research on the Upgrading Route of Rural Electric Quotient in the View of Agricultural Modernization Management——Taking Chuzhou in Anhui Province as an Example

党的十九大报告指出要构建现代农业经营体系,培育新型农业经营主体,实现小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接,为农村电商的发展提供了良好的历史机遇。借助互联网进行农产品的推广和销售,拓展了农产品销售渠道,降低了交易成本,有利的增加了农民收入,成为助推乡村经济发展的重要途径。通过对比研究和典型研究相结合的方法,以长三角城市群重要枢纽滁州市为个案,通过比较东部地区农村电商发展,结合滁州市农村电商发展的实际情况,提出农村电商提升的发展途径。以期丰富农业现代化发展理论和为构建农业现代化经营体系提供政策参考。

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that to construct modern agricultural management system, cultivate new type of agricultural management, realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture, and provide a good historical opportunity for the development of rural electric business. The popularization and sale of agricultural products with the help of Internet has expanded the marketing channels of agricultural products, reduced the transaction costs, increased the income of farmers, and became an important way to promote the development of rural economy. In this paper, using the combination of contrastive research and typical research, taking the important pivot Chuzhou of the Yangtze River Delta Group as a case, by comparing the rural electric quotient development in the eastern region with the actual situation of the Chuzhou rural electric business development, we put forward the development way of the rural electric quotient promotion, in order to enrich the theory of agricultural modernization and provide policy reference for the construction of agricultural modernization management system.
