龙岩市CT照射剂量调查结果分析

Analysis of the Results of CT Irradiation Dose in Longyan

摘要 目的评估龙岩市CT照射剂量状况,提出相应对策。方法按《医疗卫生机构医用辐射防护监测工作方案》规定,调取医院含有CT照射参数和剂量的DICOM文件信息,记录各年龄段患者不同照射部位的容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP),计算有效剂量(E),进行统计分析。结果 287例患者接受CT照射的CTDIvol值为2.0~54.5 mGy,平均值为(18.4±13.4)mGy,DLP值为44.0~1 320.5 mGy·cm,平均值为(376.5±234.4)mGy·cm,有效剂量为0.2~68.2 mSv,平均值为(7.9±3.4)mSv,剂量差异大;1岁以下婴幼儿CT照射的有效剂量为(11.7±3.5)mSv,接近于成人的平均有效剂量(12.8±3.0)mSv。结论龙岩市和国内其他大多数城市一样,医院的CT照射剂量系统化管理方面还有待完善,婴幼儿的CT扫描剂量优化问题,特别应该引起重视。 Objective To evaluate the radiation dose status of CT inLongyan city, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. MethodsAccording to “ the medical and health agency medical radiationprotection monitoring programme”, the DICOM files containing CTradiation parameters and dosages were collected, the volume CT doseindex (CTDIvol) and the dose length product (DLP) of different agegroups were recorded, and the effective dose (E) was calculated, andthe statistical analysis was carried out. Results The CTDIvol value ofthe 287 patients received CT was 2.0 - 54.5mGy, the average valuewas (18.4±13.4)mGy, the DLP value was 44.0 - 1 320.5 mGy?cm, theaverage value was (376.5±234.4)mGy?cm, the effective dose was 0.2 -68.2mSv, the average value was (7.9±3.4) mSv, and the dose differencewas large. The effective dose of infants under 1 years old was(11.7±3.5)mSv, It was close to the average effective dose of adults (12.8±3.0)mSv.Conclusion Like most other cities in China, the systematic managementof CT radiation dose in hospitals in Longyan needs to be improved. Theoptimization of CT scan dose for infants and young children should bepaid special attention to.
