优化住院患者危急值管理在医院安全管理中的效果观察

Effect of Optimizing Critical Value Management of Hospitalized Patients in Hospital Safety Management

目的探讨优化住院患者危急值管理在医院安全管理中的应用效果。方法于2017年6月起,对我院住院患者的危急值管理进行优化;对比优化前(2016年6月—2017年5月)与优化后(2017年7月—2018年6月)我院医务人员对危急值管理制度的知晓率、危重患者的抢救成功率。结果优化后院内医务人员对危急值管理制度的知晓率、危重患者抢救成功率均明显高于优化前,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论优化住院患者危急值管理的实行能明显提高院内医务人员对危急值管理制度的知晓率、危重患者的抢救成功率,使患者住院安全得到更高保障。

Objective To explore the effect of optimizing the criticalvalue management of hospitalized patients in hospital safety management.Methods Since June 2017, the critical value management of patients inour hospital has been optimized. The awareness rate of the critical valuemanagement system and the rescue success rate of critical patients werecompared before the optimization （June 2016 to May 2017） and after theoptimization （July 2017 to June 2018）. Results After optimization, theawareness rate of critical value management system and the rescue successrate of critically ill patients in hospitals were significantly higher thanthose before optimization （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation ofthe critical value management of the hospitalized patients can obviouslyimprove the awareness rate of the hospital medical staff on the crisismanagement system, the success rate of critical patients, and make the patients more secure in the hospital security.
