摘要
医院是以患者为中心,旨在为其提供优质服务的公共服务机构。而医院档案管理工作则是对医院的信息资源进行全面的整合,能够为医院以后的发展方向提供指导,促使其提高自身的医疗水平。就医院档案本身而言,其包含了医院所有患者的基本资料及特殊病例研究报告,可为医学研究工作提供有效的参考资料。而当前档案管理模式改革已经开始渗透在医院档案管理的工作脉络之中,对提高医院以患者为中心的服务价值和提高医院档案的有效利用率都可以发挥非常积极的作用。因此,本文主要针对医院档案管理模式改革在实际档案管理工作中的实践应用。
The hospital is the public service organization that takesthe patient as the center and aims to provide the quality servicefor it. The management of hospital archives is the comprehensiveintegration of hospital information resources, which can provideguidance for the future development of hospitals and promote theirown medical standards. As far as the hospital file itself is concerned,it contains basic information and special case studies for all patientsin the hospital, which can provide effective reference materials formedical research work. The current file management model reformhas begun to penetrate into the context of hospital file management,which can play a very positive role in improving the value of patientcenteredservices and improving the effective utilization of hospitalfiles. Therefore, this article mainly aims at the practical applicationof the reform of the hospital archives management model in theactual archives management work.
