论对医生职业素养问题的哲学性思考

现阶段,我国面临老龄化社会的逐渐加深,以及城市自然环境的逐渐恶化。在各种各样疑难病症层出不穷的背景下,我国医患纠纷问题也频频发生。面对这一问题,在排除社会风气等因素外,作为医疗工作者是否应对自身最基本的职业素养进行反思?专业、道德、人文等职业核心素养,是医生职业素养的哲学问题,更是作为一名医生所必须要取得的能力。医生在日常工作中需要循序职业素养,将医学中的自然属性和人文属性更为融洽的统一起来,并将其作为自身治病救人的根本,在临床工作中将其不断放大,从而更加充分地凸显出医学的有效效用,让其真正能够成为一名符合时代和患者需求的合格医疗工作者。

In the face of this problem, in additionto the social climate and other factors, as a medical worker should reflecton their most basic professional qualities？ Professionalism, morality,humanities and other professional core qualities are the philosophicalissues of doctors＇ professional qualities, but also as a doctor must acquirethe ability. In the daily work, the doctor needs the orderly professionalaccomplishment, unifies the natural and humanistic attributes of medicinemore harmoniously, and takes it as the root of his own medical treatmentand saving the human being, and enlarging it in clinical work, so that theeffective use of medicine will be more fully developed, so that it can trulybe a coincidence to qualified medical workers for the needs of the times andpatients.
