Practice and Thinking of Hospital Social Work

通过对医院社会工作开展的探讨,文章认为我国发展医院社会工作有利于缓解医患矛盾、促进医院长远发展。为此,建议从积极转变医疗服务理念、注重专业化队伍培养和量化研究工作成效三方面推动医院社会工作的实践开展。

Through the discussion on the social work of the hospital, thearticle believes that the development of hospital social work in China isconducive to alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patientsand promoting the long-term development of hospitals. To this end, it isrecommended to promote the practice of hospital social work from threeaspects positively changing the concept of medical services, focusingon the training of specialized teams and quantifying the effectiveness ofresearch work.
