医院抗生素的使用现状及管理模式探讨

抗生素是临床治疗中最常见的药物,使用抗生素可以有效的消灭、抑制细菌,及时对细菌性感染性疾病进行治疗与防范,但随着耐药细菌的增加,细菌对抗生素的抵抗能力逐渐增强,使得疾病感染率有所提高,抗生素使用的合理性成了人们关注的问题,为了促进医院合理使用抗生素,我院通过分析院内抗生素使用过程中存在的问题,根据问题提出针对性的改进措施。通过对调查数据的整理分析,得到结论 :抗生素使用主要存在适应证不规范、使用方法不规范、病原学检测缺乏、行政管理不到位等问题,应从加强政策执行力度等加强管理。规范抗生素使用管理,可以提高抗生素的合理使用水平,控制和减少耐药细菌产生。并针对现状探讨了抗生素的管理模式。

The antibiotic is one of the most common drugs in clinicaltreatment, using antibiotics can effectively eliminate, inhibit bacteria,timely treatment of bacterial infectious diseases and prevention, but withthe increase of resistant bacteria, the ability of resistance to antibioticsimproves, the disease infection rate increased, the rationality of antibiotic use become the attention problems, in order to promote hospital reasonableuse of antibiotics, our hospital by analyzing the problems existing in theprocess of hospital antibiotic use, according to the problems put forwardthe corresponding improvement measures. Through the analysis of surveydata, we get the conclusion： antibiotic use mainly exist indication is notstandard, non-standard usage, etiology such problems as lack of detection,the administrative management does not reach the designated position,should strengthen policy enforcement and so on strengthening management.Conclusion Standardizing antibiotic use management can improve therational use level of antibiotics, control and reduce the production of drugresistantbacteria. The management model of antibiotics was also discussed.
