炉甘石洗剂配制工艺改进后的稳定性考察

Investigation on the Stability of Preparation Process of Calamine Lotion After Improvement

目的改进炉甘石洗剂的配制工艺,提高炉甘石洗剂的稳定性。方法采用分散法,使用胶体磨配制炉甘石洗剂并与原配制工艺制备的炉甘石洗剂进行对比,通过比较两种工艺制剂的含量、微粒大小、重新分散能力、沉降容积比、临床疗效等,考察炉甘石洗剂的稳定性,判定其改进后的配制工艺是否正确、科学。结果配制工艺改进后的炉甘石洗剂,性状不改变,颗粒分散均匀,质地细腻,不易结块沉降,流动顺畅、易于涂展,无异物感、无刺痛感,质量稳定,疗效更佳。结论配制工艺改进后的胶体磨法,效率高,操作简便,提高了炉甘石洗剂的稳定性、生物利用度以及患者的用药依从性,改进后的炉甘石洗剂的配制工艺是可行的,值得推广。

Objective To improve the preparation process of calaminelotion and improve the stability of calamine lotion. Methods Dispersionmethod was taken and the preparation of calamine lotion by colloid millwas compared with the calamine lotion prepared by the original preparation process, by comparing the content, particle size, redispersibility, andsedimentation volume ratio, clinical efficacy and so on to investigate thestability of calamine lotion and determine whether the improved preparationprocess was correct and scientific or not. Results The properties of calaminelotion after improvement were not changed; the particles were evenlydispersed with fine texture, uneasy caking settlement, smooth flow, easyspreading, no foreign body feeling, no tingling, stable quality and bettercurative effect. Conclusion The modified colloid grinding method had highefficiency and simple operation. It improved the stability, bioavailability anddrug compliance in patients with calamine lotion. The improved preparationprocess of calamine lotion was feasible and worth popularizing.
