分析中医针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Intractable Hiccups

目的探求中医针灸治疗的方式对于顽固性呃逆的治疗效果。方法从2016年2月—2017年6月到我院进行诊治的顽固性呃逆病患中随机选取80例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式进行分组,每组40例,对照组使用盐酸乙哌立松片,进行常规的药物治疗,观察组使用中医针灸的治疗方式,在对病患呃逆的病因进行检查之后,制定针对性的施针方案。对比两组病患的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组(77.5%),数据差异明显(P <0.05)。结论中医针灸治疗对于顽固性呃逆具有更加显著的治疗效果,且避免了药物对人体的损伤,更具安全性,值得推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupunctureand moxibustion treatment on intractable hiccups. Methods 80 casesof intractable hiccups in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017were randomly selected as the research object and were divided intogroups according to the treatment method, 40 cases in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with Eperisone Hydrochloride Tablets, and theobservation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, in thecase of patients. After the examination of the cause of the disease, a targetedneedle plan was formulated. The treatment effect of two groups of patientswas compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（95.0%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.5%）,and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture andmoxibustion has a more significant therapeutic effect on intractable hiccup,and it avoids the injury to the human body. It is more safe and worthy ofpromotion.
