稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的效果

Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined With Metoprolol on Arrhythmia in Elderly Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病心律失常的效果。方法选取我院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的冠心病心律失常老年患者共298例,随机分为研究组和对比组,各149例,对患者实施治疗的基础上,两组患者进行口服美托洛尔药物的方式加以治疗,对研究组患者另外加服稳心颗粒,对比两组患者治疗的效果和治疗后出现的不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对比组,具有统计学意义,两组患者都没有出现比较严重的不良反应。结论稳心颗粒和美托洛尔联合起来进行老年冠心病心律失常患者治疗的过程中,临床效果比较显著,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin GranuleCombined with metoprolol on arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronaryheart disease. Methods 298 elderly patients with coronary heart diseaseand arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018were randomly divided into study group and control group, 149 cases ineach group. On the basis of the treatment of patients, the two groups weretreated with metoprolol orally. The study group was given Wenxin Granulein addition. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions after treatmentwere compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there were noserious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Wenxin Granulecombined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronaryheart disease arrhythmia, the clinical effect is more significant, worthy ofclinical application and promotion.
