应用六西格玛管理缩短住院急诊标本报告时间

Applying Six Sigma Management to Shorten the ReportTime of inpatient Emergency Specimen

目的探讨应用六西格玛管理方法缩短住院急诊标本的检验报告时间,以满足临床医生在处置急诊患者时的诊疗需求。方法运用六西格玛五步法(即定义、测量、分析、改进、控制),通过调查和分析,确定影响住院急诊标本检验报告时间的关键因素,采取相应措施对影响报告时间的关键因素加以改进,并与改进前进行比较。结果住院急诊血常规、生化、凝血标本的检验报告时间合格率分别达到了91%、95%、98%,较改善前分别提高了36%、14%、10%(P <0.05)。结论应用六西格玛管理方法能有效地缩短住院急诊标本的检验报告时间,为临床处置急症患者第一时间提供诊疗依据。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Six Sigma managementfor shortening the report time of in-patient emergency specimen, so asto meet the needs of clinicians in the treatment of emergency patients.MethodsThe five-step methods of Six Sigma （define, measure, analyze,improve, and control） were applied to identify the keypointsaffecting thereport time of in-patient emergency specimen through investigation and analysis, and take the corresponding measures to improve the key points,and compared with those before the improvement. ResultsThe qualifiedrates of blood routine detection, biochemical detection and coagulationdetection were 91%, 95% and 98%, respectively, which were 36%, 14%and 10% higher than before （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of sixSigma management can effectively shorten the report time of in-patientemergency specimen, and provide the basis of diagnosis and treatment inthe first time for emergency patients.
