目的探讨在临床检验环节中进行质量控制的意义。方法抽取江苏省沭阳县协和医院检验科2015年1月—2017年12月收集的临床标本110个,分析其中存在的质量问题,回顾性分析这些标本采取、保存、运输和检验的过程,总结出导致检验结果的质量不过关的原因。结果通过总结分析,发现造成检验质量问题的众多环节,其中最主要环节是标本的采集,往往是由于患者没有严格遵守医生的嘱咐,也没有合理的饮食和休息,导致自己的身体状况或者采集方法没有达到标本采集的标准,最终导致标本出现质量问题,影响检验的结果,从而严重影响诊断的准确性和治疗的有效性。此外,标本的保存、运输和仪器的规格质量也会对检验的质量造成影响。结论经常由于多方面的原因而使标本的检验出现一些问题,从而影响临床检验的结果,导致诊断和治疗出现失误。可见,在临床检验环节中进行质量控制是十分必要的。

Objective To explore the significance of quality control in clinical examination. Methods 110 clinical specimens collected in theDepartment of Clinical Laboratory of our hospital in the last two years wereselected to analyze the quality problems and recall the process of taking,preserving, transporting and testing the specimens, and summarizing thereasons for the quality of the test results. Results Through the summaryand analysis, it was found that the main link of the quality of theinspection was the collection of the specimen, which was often due tothe patient＇s lack of strict compliance with the doctor＇s instructions, andthe lack of a reasonable diet and rest, which leads to the failure of thebody＇s physical condition or the collection method to meet the standardof collection of specimens, which eventually leads to the appearance ofthe specimen. The problem of quantity affects the result of examination,thus seriously affecting the accuracy of diagnosis and the effectivenessof treatment. In addition, the preservation, transportation and quality ofthe specimen will also affect the quality of the test. Conclusion Thereare often some problems in the examination of the specimen because ofmany reasons, which will affect the results of clinical test and lead tothe fault of diagnosis and treatment. Obviously, it is very necessary tocarry out quality control in clinical examination.
