硬膜外复合全身麻醉在直肠癌根治术中的效果

Effect Analysis of Epidural Anesthesia Combined With General Anesthesia for Colorectal Cancer Radical Surgery

目的观察硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在直肠癌根治术中的效果。方法随机将我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的66例直肠癌根治术患者分为两组,每组33例。其中对照组给予全身麻醉,观察组在对照组的基础上给予硬膜外麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果。结果 (1)观察组优良率(96.97%)明显优于对照组(72.73%),差异显著(χ~2=10.526,P<0.05);(2)对照组不良反应发生率(21.21%)明显高于观察组(9.09%),差异显著(χ~2=10.145,P <0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治术效果理想。

Objective To observe and analyze general anesthesiacombined with epidural anesthesia for colorectal cancer radicalsurgery anesthesia effect. Methods Sixty-six cases undergoingradical resection of rectal cancer from January 2017 to January2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 33cases in each group. The control group used general anesthesia,and the observation group used epidural anesthesia on the basis ofcontrol group. The anesthetic effects of two groups were compared.Results （1） The excellent rate of observation group （96.97%） wassignificantly better than that of the control group （72.73%）, thedifference was significant （χ^ 2=10.526, P 〈 0.05）; （2） The incidenceof adverse reactions in the control group （21.21%） was significantlyhigher than the observation group （9.09%） and showed significantdifference （χ^ 2=10.145, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Epiduralanesthesia combined with general anesthesia is effective for theradical resection of rectal cancer.
