品管圈对降低胃管非计划性拔管率的价值分析

Value Analysis of Quality Control Circle to Reduce Unplanned Extubation Rate of Gastric Tube

目的研究品管圈在降低胃管非计划性拔管率中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年3—9月期间进行胃管留置的康复科患者124例作为研究对象,采取随机分组的方式分为试验组(参与品管圈活动)及对照组(进行常规管道护理)。对比两组患者进行品管圈活动期间的胃管非计划性拔管率以及对护理的满意度。结果在进行品管圈活动后,试验组患者的非计划性拔管率明显低于对照组,且患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均具有显著性(P <0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动的应用,可以有效降低患者胃管非计划拔管率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of quality controlcircle （QC） in reducing the unplanned extubation rate of gastric tube.Methods 124 patients with gastric tube retention in our hospital from Marchto September 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into experimentalgroup （participating in tube circle activity） and control group （routine pipeNursing）. The unplanned extubation rate and satisfaction degree of nursingcare of two groups of patients during QC activities were compared. ResultsThe unplanned extubation rate of the patients in the experimental group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group, and the patients＇ nursingsatisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group. Thedifference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of qualitycontrol circle can effectively reduce the unplanned extubation rate andimprove nursing satisfaction of patients.
