人性化护理在手术室护理中应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Nursing in Operation Room Nursing

目的探讨人性化护理在手术室护理中的作用。方法收集2015年9月—2017年10月在我院手术室行上腹部手术治疗的患者240例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为人性化护理组和常规护理组,每组120例。常规护理组采用常规的护理模式,人性化护理组采用人性化护理模式。比较两组术前焦虑程度和护理满意度情况。结果人性化护理组的焦虑发生率及SAS评分均明显低于常规护理组(P <0.05),人性化护理组患者护理满意度显著高于常规护理组(P <0.05)。结论人性化护理能有效降低患者术前焦虑发生率,降低其焦虑程度,提高患者的满意度,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the role of humanized nursing in operationroom nursing. Methods 240 patients with abdominal surgery fromSeptember 2015 to October 2017 were collected in the operation room ofour hospital. According to the random digital table method, the patientswere divided into the humanized nursing group and the routine nursinggroup, with 120 cases in each group. The routine nursing group adoptedthe routine nursing mode, and the humanized nursing group adopted thehumanized nursing mode. Preoperative anxiety and nursing satisfactionwere compared between the two groups. Results The incidence ofanxiety and SAS score of the humanized nursing group were significantlylower than that of the routine nursing group （P 〈 0.05）, and the nursingsatisfaction of the humanized nursing group was significantly higher thanthat of the routine nursing group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Humanisticnursing can effectively reduce the incidence of preoperative anxiety, reduceanxiety and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
