结直肠癌患者快速康复外科护理的应用效果

目的结直肠癌患者围术期快速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法将2017年2月—2018年6月90例结直肠癌患者随机分组,对照组遵循常规护理,实验组落实围术期快速康复外科护理。比较效果。结果实验组满意水平高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组手术时间及术后出院时间优于对照组(P <0.05);护理后实验组生存质量QOL及卡氏评分KPS情况优于对照组(P <0.05)。实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论围术期快速康复外科护理在结直肠癌护理中的干预结果确切,患者满意水平高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of perioperativerapid rehabilitation surgical care for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 90 cases with colorectal cancer from February 2017 to June 2018were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routinenursing and the experimental group implemented perioperative rapidrehabilitation surgery. The results were compared. Results The satisfactionlevel of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）.The operation time and discharge time of the experimental groupwere better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The quality of life QOL andKPS of the experimental group after treatment were better than the controlgroup（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the experimentalgroup was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Theperioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing has a clear intervention result in colorectal cancer nursing, and the patient satisfaction level is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
