摘要
跨境电子商务物流在实际运作中存在着基础设施不配套不完全、货物运送费用高、运输周期长、货物安全性相对较低等问题,制约着跨境电商的发展。系统分析跨境物流系统各环节中存在的脆弱性风险,运用故障树分析法(FTA)对分析出的故障源,引入概率重要度和故障系数,对故障系统进行检测,对各个故障源采取针对性的解决措施,可以提高跨境物流系统的稳健性和效率,为跨境电商的发展提供强有力的支撑。
In the actual operation of cross-border e-commerce logistics, there are problems such as incomplete infrastrue ture, high cost of goods transportation, long transportation period and relatively low cargo safety, which restricts the development of cross-border e-eomnleree. This paper systematically analyzes the vulnerability risks in various links of crossborder logistics system, detects the fault systems by introducing probabilistie importance and fault coefficient into the fault sources and with the fault tree analysis (FTA) method, and takes corresponding measures to solve the problems, which can improve the robustness and effectiveness of cross-border logistics system and provide strong support for the development of cross-border e-commerce.
