几种麦粉与麦麸多糖的比较分析

摘要 用超声法提取辽宁、山东、四川小麦麦粉与麦麸中的多糖.用光谱法对几种小麦麦粉与麦麸多糖的含量进行微量分析,最大吸收波长为489.0 nm,多糖浓度在2.847~11.428 6μg/m L范围内呈线性关系,方法回收率为101.27%~106.55%,变异系数小于0.21%.实验结果表明:山东小麦和麦麸中多糖含量最高,四川小麦和麦麸中多糖含量次之,辽宁小麦和麦麸中多糖含量最低.同一地区的麦麸多糖含量高于小麦中多糖含量. The content of wheat flour and wheat bran polysaccharide was determined by spectrophotometry ,and the contents of several wheat flour and wheat bran polysaccharide were compared and analyzed.Ultrasonic method was used to extinct polysaccharide from wheat flour and wheat bran in Liaoning, Shandong and Sichuan.With spectral method of several kinds of wheat flour and wheat bran polysaccharide content and trace analysis,maximum absorption wavelength of 489.0 nm,polysaccharide concentrations within the scope of 2.847 -11.428 6 μg/mL linear relations, method recovery - was 101.27%- 106.55%, the variation coefficient is less than 0.21%.Experimental results show that.The content of polysaccharide in wheat and wheat bran in Shandong was the highest, and the content of polysaccharide in Sichuan wheat and wheat bran was second, and the content of polysaccharide in wheat and wheat bran was the lowest.Wheat bran polysaccharide content in the same area was higher than that in wheat.
