Oboe Sonata in D Major is one of the works of French composer Camille Saint-Saens in his last period.This work not only embodies the composer＇s characteristics and style in chamber music composition, but also is the testimony of his late music ideas.This article tries to summarize the characteristics of his music composition through the analysis of music sheet and the interpretation of the sonata, and discuss the ＂conservative＂ music style of Saint-Saens＇ s last period.
