一种动力锂电池建模与仿真的新方法

摘要 针对动力锂电池模型参数因非线性难以精确辩识的问题,以二阶RC等效模型为研究基础,通过混合脉冲功率测试得到单芯电池实验数据,提出以保形分段三次插值法拟合SOC-OCV曲线,根据充放电电流流向自适应切换电池内阻参数,以及应用非线性最小二乘法辩识电池极化参数三种手段提高模型参数辩识精度,辩识结果利用基于物理特性的Sims cape进行建模仿真。实验结果表明:使用该方法电池建模实现简单、精度高以及运算量少,在实验中具有很好的应用推广价值。 In view of the problem that the model parameters of the power lithium battery are difficult to identify precisely because of the nonlinearity, this paper takes the two order RC equivalent model as the research basis. The experimental data of the single core battery is obtained by the HPPC. The SOC-OCV curve is fitted by the conformal pieeewise interpolation method, and the flow direction of the battery is adaptively switched to the internal resistance of the battery. The parameters and the application of nonlinear least square method to identify the polarization parameters of the battery are three ways to improve the accuracy of model parameter identification. The identification results are modeled and simulated using Simseape based on physical properties. The experimental results show that using this method, the battery modeling is simple, high precision and less computation, and has good application and popularization value in the experiment.
