大学科背景下专业硕士个性化培养模式的研究与实践——以机械工程专业为例

摘要 大学科研究是不同知识、技能交叉融合的研究领域,大学科研究生教育是科技创新的重要举措。针对江苏理工学院专硕研究生培养存在生源背景复杂和导师研究领域宽泛等情况,导致在课程设置、导师角色和奖评方式等存在许多不合理的地方,提出将学科必修与方向选修有机结合、前沿研究与企业实践优势互补、导师负责与集体培养深度融合的方法,通过调整现有的专业硕士研究生课程、完善专业硕士研究生企业实践模式、制定导师团队和学生社团之间的定期交流制度等,满足不同背景研究生个性化培养要求,进一步激发学生的创新研究能力。 The study of big subjects is the research field of cross fusion of different knowledge and skills. There-fore, the postgraduate education in a big subject is an important way of science and technology innovation. At present, the professional postgraduate education in Jiangsu University of Technology faces the problems of complex academic background for students and tutors, resulting in many unreasonable aspects in curriculum provision, the role of the supervisor and evaluation. In this work, the following solutions were proposed: combining compulsory subjects with optional course; complementing advantages of frontier research and enterprise practice; deepening integration of supervisor responsibility system and group management. The personalized training can be achieved by adjusting the present postgraduate program, perfecting the enterprise practice mode and developing the regular communication system between the supervisors and students. The students' innovative research ability is expected to be stimulated.
