摘要
选取沃顿商学院市场营销课程为研究对象,旨在探讨使用混合式教学方法代替传统高校单一教学模式的必要性和可行性。全文首先分析了国内外MOOC发展情况和商务英语专业在国内的生存现状;其次从师资力量,教学内容,评价机制等方面,通过SWOT模型分析了MOOC运用在应用型高校商务英语专业教学中的优势及潜在的风险,最终通过分析指出,利用科技融合MOOC开展教学能够丰富传统高校商务英语专业教学资源,弥补使用单一课堂教学的缺陷,符合传统高校在校师生的学习要求,因而为传统高校商务英语教学改革提供了借鉴的方向。
This paper, taking the Marketing Course in Wharton' s school as the research objects, aims to explore the necessity and feasibility of the blended teaching methods to replace the traditional outdated offline teaching method. The paper firstly analyzes the development of the MOOC at home and abroad; secondly, with regards to the current faculties, teaching materials, assessment modes on the MOOC platform, the paper used SWOT to systematically analyze the advantages and the potential risks of the application of MOOC to the traditional Business English teaching in applied colleges; finally, through the analysis, this paper points out the use of technology to integrate MOOC into traditional Business English classes can enrich the current teaching resources, improve the efficiency of traditional Business English classes and offer some guidance to the teaching reform in domestic applied colleges.
