习近平新时代生态法治思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,文章阐述了它的理论渊源、科学内涵以及重大贡献。文章提出,习近平新时代生态法治思想的理论渊源主要包括马克思主义生态思想、中国传统生态哲学思想以及现代生态文明理论,习近平新时代生态法治思想具有落实绿色发展理念需要良法善治规范引领、深化生态文明体制改革需要完善法治保障以及探索大国环境新路需要法治顶层设计等科学内涵。文章认为,习近平新时代生态法治思想将环境民主思想与生态法治理念紧密结合,强调环境法律权威并重视生态伦理,是马克思主义生态思想的中国化和再创新。

Xi Jin-ping′s thought of ecological rule of law in the new era is an important part of Xi Jin-ping′s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. This paper expounds its theoreticalorigin, scientific connotation and significant contributions. The article puts forward that the theoretical originof Xi Jin-ping′s thought of ecological rule of law in the new era mainly includes Marx′s ecological thought,Chinese traditional ecological philosophy thought and modern ecological civilization theory. Xi Jin-ping′ sthought of ecological rule of law with the implementation of the concept of green environment developmentneeds good law and good governance leading norms, deepens the reform of ecological civilization systemneeds in perfecting the rule of law guarantee, and explores the big country environment new routes needs forthe top-level design of the rule of law and other scientific connotation. The article holds that Xi Jin-ping′sthought of ecological rule of law in the new era combines environmental democracy thought and concept ofenvironmental law, emphasizes environmental legal authority and attaches importance to environmentalethics.It is the Chinese style and re innovation of Marx′s ecological thought.
