我国境外腐败资产追回的双边合作机制

Perfecting Bilateral Cooperation Mechanism for the Recovery of Foreign Corrupt Assets

腐败犯罪日益加重,腐败资产转移出国门的情况也越来越多。在我国对转移出境的腐败资产进行追回的过程中,双边合作展现出越来越重要的作用。本文以我国境外腐败资产追回双边合作机制的基础切入,通过对比分析,从而找出腐败资产追回双边合作机制中存在的问题,进而提出完善我国境外腐败资产追回双边合作机制的建议。

Corruption crimes are becoming more and more serious, and more and more corruptionassets are transferred to the other countries. In our country, bilateral cooperation has shown more and moreimportant role in the process of recovering the corrupt assets transferred out of China. Based on the bilateralcooperation mechanism for the recovery of corrupt assets abroad, this paper finds out the problems existingin the bilateral cooperation mechanism of corruption asset recovery through comparative analysis, and thenputs forward some suggestions for improving the bilateral cooperation mechanism of overseas asset recovery.
