人性化管理理念在内科护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanistic Management Idea in the Nursing Management in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的对内科护理管理实施人性化管理模式的作用和效果进行探讨。方法回顾分析2016—2017年度该院内科护理管理的情况,其中2016年度实施常规护理管理,2017年开展人性化护理管理,对比分析两年度科室护理质量,并通过问卷了解患者对科室护士满意度。结果 2017年度科室护理质量各项评分、患者对科室护士满意度均显著高于2016年(P<0.05);2017年度不良护理事件发生率低于2016年度(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理管理中践行人性化管理理念,可有效提升科室护理质量和患者满意度,减少不良护理事件发生。

Objective To study the role and effect of humanistic management idea in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine. Methods The nursing management situation in the department of internal medicine in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 was retrospectively analyzed, and the routine nursing management was implemented in 2016,while the humanistic nursing management was implemented in 2017, and the department nursing quality in two years was compared and analyzed, and the satisfactory degree of department nurses was mastered by the questionnaires.Results Various scores of nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients to the department nurses in 2017 were obviously higher than those in 2016（P〈0.05）; and the incidence rate of adverse nursing events in 2017 was obviously lower than that in 2016（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic management idea in the nursing management in the department of internal medicine can effectively improve the nursing quality and satisfactory degree and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
