简阳地区HIV抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of HIV Antibody Test Results in Jianyang Region

目的检测分析该地区就诊者HIV感染情况,及早发现简阳地区感染者,为预防医源性感染、减少医患纠纷提供科学依据。方法采用双抗原夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法对该地区2012年1月—2016年12月接诊患者血清进行初筛,初筛阳性血清送HIV确证实验室确证。结果 5年共检测就诊患者149 586例,确证HIV感染者627例,感染率0.419%。其中男性感染者483例,占77.03%;女性感染者144例,占22.97%,HIV感染者男性多于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对就诊者进行HIV抗体血清学检测非常必要,及时发现HIV感染者,对预防医护人员职业感染、避免不必要的医疗纠纷、控制艾滋病的蔓延具有重要意义。

Objective To test and analyze the HIV infection condition of patients and discover the infection patients in Jianyang region thus providing scientific reference for preventing the nosocomial infection and reducing the medical disputes.Methods The serum of patients was for primary screening in our region from January 2012 to December 2016 by the ELISA, and the positive serum by the primary screening was submitted to HIV confirmation laboratory for confirming. Results149 586 cases of patients were tested in five years, and 627 cases were infected with HIV by confirmation, and the infection rate was 0.419%, including 483 cases of male infection patients, accounting for 77.03%, and 144 female infection patients,accounting for 22.97%, and the HIV infection patients in males were more than in females, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is very necessary to conduct the HIV antibody serum test for patients thus finding out the HIV infection patients in time, which is of important significance to preventing the occupational infection of medical staff, avoiding the unnecessary medical disputes and controlling the spread of AIDS.
