手术室精细化护理管理对腹腔镜术后患者恢复的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing Management in the Operating Room on the Recovery of Patients after the Laparoscopy

目的探讨手术室精细化护理管理对腹腔镜术后患者恢复的影响。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月,76例腹腔镜手术患者,按照随机分表法分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组实施手术室常规护理管理,观察组实施手术室精细化护理管理,对比分析两组护理质量、患者术后恢复状况。结果观察组护理质量评分与术后恢复状况显著优于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室精细化护理管理可有效促进患者术后恢复,提高护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of refined nursing management in the operating room on the recovery of patients after the laparoscopy. Methods 76 cases of patients with laparoscopy admitted and treated in our hospital from January2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing management in the operating room, while the observation group used the refined nursing management in the operating room, and the nursing quality and recovery of patients after surgery were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing quality score and postoperative recovery situation in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The refined nursing management in the operating room can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients, and improve the nursing quality.
