摘要
我国的重点实验室是一个汇聚并吸引着众多优秀高层次人才,同时集聚并彰显着各个学科多种发展优势的核心领域。要想高效快捷地建设我国的重点实验室,我们需要不断引进高层次人才,包括海外的优秀人才,然而在人才引进的过程中往往面临着管理体制、战略规划等问题,致使预想的效果无法达成。该文先对引进高层次人才的重要性进行简要概述,其次对目前人才引进的基本现状进行分析,最后总结出当下出现的各种问题及相应的解决对策。
The key laboratory in China pools and attracts many excellent high-level talents, at the same time, it is equipped with core field of multiple development advantages of various disciplines. In order to effectively and rapidly construct the key laboratory in China, we need to constantly introduce the high-level talents, including the overseas excellent talents, but there are management system and strategic plan in the course of talent introduction thus making the expected effect fail to reach. The paper briefly elaborate the importance of introduction of high-level talents, analyzes the basic status of current talent introduction secondly and finally summarize the various issues and corresponding solutions.
