慢性乙型肝炎患者相关认知行为现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者相关认知行为现状及影响因素。CHB患者的健康教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷进行调查,采用spss17.0进行数据分析。结果 CHB患者疾病相关知识水平不高(结果显示及格252例,构成比为85.1%,良好44例,构成比为14.9%);不良生活方式较多(低分组153例,构成比为51.7%,高分组143例,构成比为48.3%);疾病相关知识水平与不良行为呈负相关(kendall相关系数为-0.361,P<0.01);疾病自身相关知识、疾病健康心理、烟酒危害相关知识得分为患者不良行为的保护因素(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论 CHB患者疾病相关知识有待提高,不良行为有待减少,故应建立同质化、科学、全面、系统与连续的CHB健康管理模式。 Objective To investigate the health literacy status and influencing factors of patients with chronic hepatitis B thus providing basis for the health education of patients with CHB. Methods The self-made questionnaire was for survey,and the spss17.0 was used for data analysis. Results The related knowledge level of CHB patients was not high(the results showed that there were 252 ase qualified cases, and the ratio was 85.1%, 44 cases were good, and the ratio was 14.9%), and the adverse lifestyle was more(low score 153 cases, and the ratio was 51.7%, and the high score 143 cases, and the ratio was 48.3%), and the disease related knowledge level was negatively correlated with the adverse behavior practice(kendall related coefficient was-0.361,P〈0.01), and the disease related knowledge, disease health mental, smoking and alcohol risk knowledge score were the protective factors of adverse practice(OR1, P〈0.05). Conclusion The related knowledge of CHB patients needs to be improved, and the adverse practice needs to be reduced, and we should establish the homogenization,scientific, comprehensive, system and continuous CHB health management model.
