摘要
对达乌里羊茅(Festucadahurica (St.-Yves)V.I.Krecz.&Bobrov)、紫羊茅(F.rubra L.)、紫羊茅-梦神(F.rubraL.cv.Maxima)在种子萌发期用不同浓度的Nacl溶液胁迫,通过种子萌发过程中生活力和活力的变化,分析比较3份种质材料耐盐性的强弱。研究结果显示,不同浓度的Nacl溶液对其种子活力、发芽速度、生长情况均存在抑制作用。其中0.4%Nacl溶液促进达乌里羊茅种子发芽势,高于对照。1.6%-2.0%Nacl溶液胁迫下3份材料种子损害严重;综合评价达乌里羊茅耐盐性最强,梦神居中,紫羊茅最弱。
Festucadahurica (St. Yves) V.I. Krecz.&Bobrov, F. rubra L. ,F. rubraL, cv. Maximawas stressedwith different concentrations of Nacl solution during seed germination, and the changes of viability and vigor during seed germination were studied. The salt tolerance of 3 germplasm materials was analyzed and compared. The results showed that the seed vigor, germination rate and growth rate of different concentrations of Nacl solution were all preserved. In the inhibition. The seed germination potential of Festucadahurica (St. -Yves) V.I. Krecz. &Bobrov was promoted by 0. 4%Nacl solution, which was more serious than that of control. 1.6% -2. 0%NaCl solution, the damage was serious, the salt tolerance of Festucadahurica (St.- Yves) V.I. Krecz. &Bobrov was the strongest, F. rubraL, cv. Maximawas the middle, and theF. rubra L. was the weakest.
