摘要
本试验旨在研究不同压缩密度对天然牧草裹包青贮品质的影响,以期筛选天然牧草青贮最适压缩密度,提高其青贮品质。本试验以赤峰天然牧草为试验原料,将混合草样以不同压缩密度(127kg/m^3、191kg/m^3、255kg/m^3、318kg/m^3、382kg/m^3)进行青贮,对不同处理天然牧草青贮饲料的营养指标(粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗灰分(CA))进行测定分析。结果表明:随着压缩密度的增加,CA和EE含量逐渐减小,CA的最小值出现在压缩密度382kg/m^3条件下,说明青贮饲料密度越大灰分越小,CP和EE的最大值均出现在127kg/m^3条件下;ADF和NDF变化趋势不明显,最小值均出现在255kg/m^3条件下。由此可见,压缩密度对牧草青贮后的品质影响不同,压缩密度为200kg/m^3能够得到较好的青贮草品质。
To choose the proper compression density of natural grass silage and improve the quality of silage, this experiment was conducted to evaluate the compressing density on nutritional quality of natural grass silage. The Chifeng natural grass was taken as the material, and the mixed grass was designed to silage with different compression density(127 kg/m3, 191 kg/m3, 255 kg/m3, ,318 kg/m3, 382 kg/m3) , and the nutritional quality (CP,EE, NDF, ADF,CA) of different treatment were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of compression density, the contents of CA and EE gradually decreased, and the minimum value of CA appeared un der the condition of the compression density of 382 kg/m3. This indicated that the higher the silage density, the smaller the ash content, and the maximum valueso[ CP and EE appeared. Under the conditions of 127kg/m3, the change trends of ADF and NDF were not obvious, quality of pasture after silage, and a good silage quality can be obtained when the compressed density is 200 kg/m3.and the minimum value was at 255kg/m3.
