新形势下高校教师责任探究

Research on the Responsibilities of University Teachers under the New Situation

教师是人类灵魂的工程师,承担着神圣使命。面对国内外诸多复杂形势,高校教师应承担起政治责任、育人责任、教书责任、管理责任、服务责任等五大责任。五大责任是五位一体、不可分割的一个整体。作为高校教师,要充分认识、高度重视并履行好自己肩上的五大责任,以便达成"立德树人"根本任务、培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Teachers are the engineers of human soul, who undertake the sacred mission. In the face of many complicated new situations at home and abroad, university teachers should bear five responsibilities： political responsibility, education responsibility,teaching responsibility, management responsibility and service responsibility. The five responsibilities are an integral and indivisible whole. As university teachers, we should fully recognize,attach great importance to and fulfill the five responsibilities on our shoulders, so as to achieve the fundamental task of ＂building up morality, building people＂, and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor.
