高中法治教育内容之思考——以人教版高中思想政治教材为例

Thoughts on the Content of Law-related Education in Senior High Schools:Taking the Senior High School Ideological and Political Textbooks Published by People's Education Press as an Example

高中思想政治教材中的法治教育主要集中在高中政治必修一"经济生活"和必修二"政治生活"中。必修一"经济生活"中涉及的法治教育内容有公司的类型、依法维护劳动者权益以及市场的调节等;必修二"政治生活"中涉及的法治教育内容有广泛而真实的民主、政府的权力:依法行政等。在教材中,法治教育内容的呈现方式以案例和故事为主。目前我国高中法治教育内容存在的问题有:没有考虑到学生的实际情况,法治教育内容过于零散等。在教育教学中,要结合学生实际情况,利用现有法律条文,整合教材资源等手段对法治教育内容进行完善。

The core content of law-related education in teaching materials for high school political course exists in two compulsory courses ＂economic life＂ and ＂political life＂. The content of law-related education in the first compulsory course ＂economic life＂ includes the type of company, the protection of laborers＇ rights and interests, and the adjustment of the market; the second compulsory course ＂political life＂ includes democracy and government power. In teaching materials, the content of law-related education is mainly presented in cases and stories. In the content of law-related education in high schools, there are currently some problems： not considering the actual situation of students, the content being too fragmented. The way to perfect the content of law-related education lies in combining the actual situation of the students in education and teaching, making use of the existing legal provisions to integrate the material resources.
