Class is the organization of students＇ learning and life.The class of colleges and universities is the basic organization to improve the connotation construction and implement moral establishment and talent cultivation. It is an important link to realize the education quality of higher education. In the construction of class group culture, combining the traditional culture and the spirit of the times, building a good group culture is very important. It is introduced in the value orientation of the adult, the spirit of the excellent times and the spirit of innovation in the excellent times, the improvement of the self-cultivation consciousness and the self-construction ability of the class group culture,the encouragement of the class members to participate in the creative practice and the accurate grasp. The positive factors of class group psychological phenomenon try to optimize the construction path.
