基于内地高校新疆籍少数民族学生存在问题的研究——以黄石某高校为例

Study on the Existed Problems of Minority Students from Xinjiang in Mainland Universities

随着国家对新疆人才培养计划的深入实施,众多新疆籍少数民族学子进入内地高校接受高等教育并给其带来一些教育与管理上的挑战。以黄石某高校为例,探究内地高校新疆籍少数民族学生在学习、生活、心理、就业等方面存在的主要问题,提出有效应对策略,以期促进他们健康成长和内地高校稳定发展。

With deep implementation of the Xinjiang talent training plan in our country, numerous minority students from Xinjiang enter mainland universities to receive higher education,which brings some challenges to the education and management of it. Taking an university in Huangshi as an example, this paper explores the existed problems of Xinjiang minority students on their study, life, psychology and employment and puts forward some effective proposals to promote the healthy growth of those students as well as the stable development of mainland universities.
