高职贫困大学生心理资本现状及开发策略研究

Research on the Present Situation and Development Strategies of Psychological Capital of Poor Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,心理资本作为一个积极心理学概念受到社会各界的关注。本文首先分析了贫困大学生心理资本的基本水平,然后分析了心理资本及四个维度在性别、是否担任过学生干部等变量上的差异性,最后提出了开发贫困大学生心理资本的对策。

In recent years, psychological capital has attracted the attention of all sectors of society as a positive psychology concept.This paper first analyzes the basic level of psychological capital of poor college students, and then analyzes the differences between psychological capital and the four dimensions in terms of gender,whether they have served as a student cadre, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to develop the psychological capital of poor college students.
