由中兴事件引发的对于中国科技期刊数据库建设的新思考

This paper describes the cause and effect of the ZTE incident in details and analyzes the reasons. Referring to the ZTE incident, it lists the dilemmas faced when China purchasing foreign scientific journal databases. It constructively proposes how to resolve this problem by giving actual solutions. The proposals in-clude: uniting and cooperating against foreign countries, further intensifying negotia-tions with foreign investors, optimizing the evaluation system of academic papers and titles in Chinese universities, building a database of Chinese scientific and technolog-ical periodicals with world influence, and building high-quality Chinese scientific and technological periodicals. It also gives some solutions to the anti commercialization of a few journals.
