硅钢超低硫工艺优化及控制实践

摘要 分析了冶炼超低硫硅钢时,转炉回硫的主要影响因素。结果表明,铁水初始硫含量、脱硫后残余渣量和原辅材料硫含量是影响回硫的主要因素。通过优化生产硅钢所用的原辅材料标准,改进铁水脱硫扒渣操作,转炉回硫量得到有效控制,使硅钢成品硫含量小于等于0.004%的比例由31.6%提高到98.4%,实现了超低硫硅钢的稳定生产。 The main influencing factors of converter resulfurization in smelting uhra-low sulfur silicon steel are analyzed. The results show that the primary sulfur content of molten iron, the residual residue of desulphurization and the sulfur content of raw and auxiliary materials are the main factors affecting the sulfur removal. By optimizing the standard of raw and auxiliary materials used in the production of silicon steel and improving the operation of desulphurization and slag removal of molten iron, the sulfur content of converter is effectively controlled, so that the proportion of sulfur content of silicon steel products less than 0.004% is increased from 31.6% to 98.4%. The stable production of silicon steel with ultra low sulfur has been realized.
