本文提出了一种新型的湿法熄焦车,其主要由走行装置、钢结构、楔形机构、支承座、挡焦板等组成。该湿法熄焦车通过改变车体布局结构,可减少焦炭自由落体对车体的冲击,并减轻车辆重心的偏心情况,同时通过改变卸焦的方式,使动作更轻便。提高了设备的使用寿命,降低设备重量及维护成本,同时提高了设备的可靠性。

In this paper, a new type of wet coke quenching vehicle is proposed, which is mainly composed of walking device, steel structure, wedge-shaped mechanism, supporting seat, coke retaining plate and so on. By changing the structure of the vehicle body, the wet coke quenching vehicle can reduce the impact of the free falling body on the vehicle body and reduce the eccentricity of the centre of gravity of the vehicle. At the same time, by changing the way of coke discharge, the motion can be lighter. It improves the service life of the equipment, reduces the equipment weight and maintenance cost, and improves the reliability of the equipment.
