摘要 对天津钢铁集团有限公司燃气锅炉热力系统进行了优化改造,在原系统内、外管网衔接处建立两组双螺杆膨胀机发电机组,实现以转动机械发电装置替代原减温减压装置对外网供汽,实现了蒸汽多路循环共营,供风、发电、供热三联产的生产运行模式,实现了各层级热能的充分利用。 The thermal system of gas boiler of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. has been optimized and reformed. Two sets of lwin-screw expander generator sets were set up at the junction of the external pipe network in the original system to realize steam supply by rotating mechanical power generation device instead of the original desuperheating and decompression device, and to realize the steam multi-channel circulation co-operation, the running mode of co-production of wind supply, electricity generation and heat supply, and the full utilization of heat energy at all levels.
