胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果研究

Effect of Kallikrein and Valsartan on Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的效果。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选取2016年7月—2017年10月期间收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者,按照入院先后顺序,平均分为研究组与对照组。对照组,给予缬沙坦治疗,研究组,联合胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.0%,对照组为76.7%,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后微量尿蛋白水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰激肽原酶与缬沙坦联合治疗糖尿病肾病,效果显著,值得广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of pancreatic kininogenase and valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A prospective study was conducted to select 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy who were admitted between July 2016 and October 2017. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission. In the control group, valsartan was given, and the study group was treated with combination of kallikrein and valsartan to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the study group and 76.7% in the control group. The study group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The difference of micro-urine protein levels between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of kallikrein and valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has significant effects and is worthy of widespread promotion.
