国内外深水海底管道技术发展现状概述

Overview on current status of deepwater pipeline technology development in China and abroad

对近年来国内外已建或即将建设的重点难点深水海底管道项目进行了统计,以及对典型深水海底管道项目进行了分析,总结了不同工作水深、管径和铺设方式等参数,并对深水海底管道设计阶段的管材选择,特别是高强钢管材的应用,以及施工阶段的安装资源等方面进行了研究。对具备深水铺管能力的铺管船资源进行了整理,特别是对近期新服役的多功能新型铺管船的关键设备和技术参数进行阐述,可为后续相关深水海底管道设计、施工提供参考。

This paper gives the statistics of major deepwater pipeline projects built or during construction in China and abroad,analyzes typical deepwater pipeline projects and summarizes the pipeline working water depths,pipeline diameters and laying methods of the pipelines. It studies the selection of pipe materials and application of high strength steel in design stage;as well as the installation resources in construction stage,illustrates the deepwater pipelaying vessels,especially the key equipment and technical parameters of multifunctional pipelaying vessels being in service recently,which provides reference for design and installation of similar deepwater pipelines.
