摘要
针对长庆气田南区地面采气管道运行过程中出现积液、冻堵的问题,开展地面采气管道涡流辅助排液技术研究。利用数字模拟和正交试验方法对地面管道涡流工具参数、结构进行优化,确定了内径为60 mm管道的涡流工具最佳参数组合,当切入角0°、纽带高度15 mm、纽带宽度14 mm时,旋流效果最好。在G39-X井的试验表明:该涡流工具可以有效地提高采气管道携液能力,降低管道输压,改善采气管道运行状况,为气田地面采气管道排水采气提供了新方法。
Aiming at the problems of liquid accumulation and freezing plugging during the operation of surface gas production pipelines in the south area of Changqing Gas Field,the votex assisted drainage technique for surface gas production pipeline is studied. By means of digital simulation and orthogonal test,the parameters and structure of the votex tool for surface pipeline are optimized,and the optimum combination of parameters of the votex tool for D 60 mm pipeline is determined. The test in well G39-X shows that the votex tool can effectively improve the liquid carrying capacity of gas production pipeline,reduce the pipeline pressure,and improve the freezing plugging problem of gas production pipeline. It provides a new method of drainage for surface gas production pipeline.
