摘要
大庆地区属于严寒湿地环境,许多井场都处于低洼地带,地下水位高,抽油机基础需加高加厚,质量可达20~30 t。此类大型抽油机基础采用倒置施工工艺和180°翻身工艺后,提高了壁板顶面平整度及安装精度,实现了大型抽油机基础就近场地随时筑造。详细介绍了整体钢模的制作及安装、钢筋笼的制作及安装、混凝土浇筑及养护、基础脱模及翻身等工艺,实现了抽油机基础壁板及预埋管件一次定位、基础高精度筑造成型,解决了常规方法容易出现的各类问题,提高了大型抽油机基础预制工效。
Daqing Region belongs to bitter cold wetland environment,where many wellsites are located in low-laying areas with high water table and pumping unit bases need heightening and thickening even to self mass of 20 ~ 30 t. The technique of inverted constructing then 180°overturning of large pumping unit base is adopted,which increases the top flatness and installation accuracy of the wall plates and realizes the large pumping base construction nearby wellsite whenever necessary. This paper illustrates the processes of manufacture and installation of integral steel mould and steel reinforcement cage,concrete pouring and curing,base demoulding and overturning. This method realizes the positioning of base wall plates and pre-embedded pipe fittings at one time and the accurate base casting,solves the problems frequently occurred in conventional method and improves prefabrication efficiency of large pumping unit base.
