油田注水抗腐蚀管道材质的选择

Anticorrosive pipeline material selection for oilfield water injection system

油田产出水通常伴有高温、高氯离子含量、低pH值等特性,腐蚀性往往很强,这就对油田注水管道的选材提出了越来越高的要求。从实际工作出发,分析了引起油田注水管道腐蚀的主要影响因素,并总结了几种常用的油田注水管道材质以及适用范围和腐蚀控制方法,最后介绍了国外某油田注水项目管道材质选择的实例。实际生产应用表明,该项目的注水管道材质选择是合理的,该实例对其他项目注水管道材质的选择具有借鉴意义。

Generally,oilfield produced water is very corrosive due to the properties of high temperature,high chloride content and low pH value,so proper material selection for oilfield water injection system is becoming more and more important. This paper analyzes some factors causing pipeline corrosion and summarizes several pipeline materials that are frequently used in oilfield water injection system,their application scopes and corrosion control methods. Finally,one practical example is given to show how to select proper materials for oilfield water injection system in a foreign country,and the example shows that the selected material is reliable and the selection can be used as a reference.
