摘要
以学科分类为基础,应用产出导向法,采用协商课程模式,把英语学术演说作为课堂产出驱动,提出"产出导向"模式,引导学生文献阅读和写作。有型课堂和无形课堂结合,摆脱学时少带来的羁绊。在教学实践中,学生参与课程,教师作为反思实践者,实现了教学的民主和集中化,激发学生内驱力,提升了研究生可持续发展能力。
In practice of foreign language teaching for non-English major postgraduates, teachers and textbooks are emphasized, but students with academic background and desires for in-depth learning are seriously overlooked. The problem lies in the situation where foreign language teaching is separated from disciplines and majors. Based on academic literatures, this study adopts production-oriented approach to carry out a negotiated curriculum. English public speaking plays the leading role in class to inspire students' academic reading and writing. The method combines visible and invisible classrooms and breaks out of the limit of insufficient teaching hours. In practice, postgraduates are involved in class arrangement, and teachers become reflective practitioners. Under influence of the study, the course is carried out in both democratic and centralized ways, stimulating students' internal drive and improving postgraduate students' sustainable development.
